Have your employees take this free online training developed by Wraparound Coaches and Facilitators working in Colorado! Annika Fairbairn LPC and Patrick Lafferty are Wraparound Facilitators for Consultants for Children, and know the difficulty of working as a CYM. This training helps fill in gaps such as:

  • working with clients with dual diagnoses
  • trauma responsive care
  • understanding Wraparound
  • working with the youth
  • crisis management
  • professionalism
  • ethics.

This training requires an 8 hour internship/shadowing experience. The employee must have a CYM or other related professional to shadow at their own agency. Consultants for Children cannot provide this shadowing experience, so please plan accordingly for each employee.
